At Furniture Atelier we are driven by our love and passion for furniture design. It is particularly the mid-century era that holds a special place in our hearts and we are dedicated to spotlighting its craftsmanship, unique design and rare pieces. These are the true icons and gems of the design world that have stood the test of time and we are proud to restore them for homes of today.
While our business is based in Bath, our workshop is located a stones’ throw away in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Here doors open to an inspiring world of mid-century design, filled with treasures anticipating their turn to be restored by our talented team. With experience, skill and knowledge spanning back decades, our incredible restorers carefully repair, rejoin, reupholster and everything in between to give a new life to some of the most valued pieces of mid-century design.
For the love and respect to the designers’ work no corners are cut and only the highest quality materials are used. We work with some of the most distinguished /renowned (celebrated) textile companies such as Dedar, Kvadrat and … , adding their touch of contemporary sophistication, artistic pattern and impeccable quality to these valued pieces.
