At Furniture Atelier, we don’t think you should ever have to choose between great design, great service, and a great price. You deserve all three.
That’s why if you find the same piece for less elsewhere, we’ll match it—simple as that. So you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting the best deal and the experience / service you expect from us.
How it works
Spotted the same item at a better price? We’ve got you.
If it’s an authentic, identical product available from another UK retailer at a lower price, we’ll match it—even if it’s part of a promotion.
Information needed from you
Just send us a few details and we’ll take care of the rest:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- A link (or proof) of the lower price you’ve found

Once we’ve checked everything over, we’ll confirm your price match as quickly as possible.
Details (worth knowing)
A few simple conditions apply:
- The item must be identical (same brand, design, size, finish, etc.)
- It must be in stock with the other retailer
- The retailer must be UK-based
- Their price must include delivery
Our price match does include promotions, but excludes:
- Clearance or end-of-line items
- Retailers in administration

We reserve the right to decline a price match if it doesn’t meet the criteria above—but we’ll always be fair about it.
